Our Riv To-Go favourites are handmade, cooked, and frozen fresh, so you can enjoy that same Riv flavour anytime, anywhere.
 
Whether you're craving crispy fries or a golden battered pogo, we've made it easy to reheat and relive the magic. Just follow the steps below to get that just-off-the-shelf taste from the comfort of home.

Reheating Reminders

  • Keep frozen until you’re ready to cook

  • Oven and microwave times may vary—adjust based on your setup

  • Always heat to an internal temperature of 165°F for food safety and max deliciousness

Fries- to-go

These aren’t just any fries—they’re the ones people line up for. Hand-cut and golden, now frozen fresh so you can enjoy them whenever you want.

Easy Bake
(Oven):

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F

  • Spread fries in a single layer on a baking sheet

  • Bake from frozen for 8–12 minutes, depending on preferred crispiness.

Quick & Authentic
(Deep Fryer):

  • Heat your oil to 320°C

  • Fry from frozen for 1 to 3 minutes depending on desired crispiness​

Pogos- to-go

Hot dog on a stick, battered and bold—our pogos are the real deal. Fully cooked and frozen fresh, they’re ready for you to heat and eat whenever the craving hits.

For Crispy Dough
(Best Results):

  • Preheat oven to 325°F

  • Bake from frozen for 20–25 minutes

  • Using a toaster oven? Reduce time by 2–3 minutes

  • In a rush? Microwave for 30 seconds (they’ll be cold but defrosted), then bake for 10 minutes

  • Add 20 seconds for each additional Riv To-Go in the microwave

Quick Reheat
(Tender Dough):

  • Microwave from frozen on high for 1 minute and 20 seconds

  • Turn halfway through

  • Add 25–30 seconds per extra Riv To-Go

  • Based on a 1000-watt microwave

Don’t over-zap your Riv! Overheating makes the dough tough. Add a little more time if needed—it’s worth it.
